More says make a brick and put this pre-made script in it. I suggest editing a bit to explain what each part of the script does. I think we should all know this so take your rime and learn the script so you can Find more ways to do more Stuff. I tihnk you should keep rhe script into your head to find more ways to make this script or add more codes on it! I use codeakid for most of the scripting. I am currently making my first game and having issues with the multi-player aspect of Roblox design, I have an NCP script which spawns R6 humanoids and for the first player that joins my game it works great and the NPC follows and tries to kill the player.
The problem is that any new players that join the game the NPC still only follows the first player. Or he can use Magnitude or DistanceFromCharacter to detect if the player is near. This will return the closest player within a range of whatever you choose.

The OP is trying to find a more reliable way to use. Instead of making the red part be the kill brick, you should instead make a non-collidable invisible part offset by one or 1. You can make an invisible not collisionable part on top of the red part, as it has no collisions, the character will sink into the part. Edit: PlantChampion we wrote the same at the same time.
